Yang Berbahagia Saudari Salwa, Pemangku Ketua Puteri UMNO Bahagian Ampang
Barisan Exco-Exco Bahagian dari 3 lapisan,
 Para Perwakilan dan Pemerhati,
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Saya Aizli Dato’ Abdul Malek…
AJK cawangan Jalan Enggang… Mewakili Pemuda bahagian Ampang…

Anak Cina pukul Canang,
Makan nasi tambah kicap,
Pemuda Enggang kami datang,

Walau Bagaimanapun, setelah CALON dipilih….

Ferrari Merah kesukaan Azmin Ali,
September enam belas yang dijanji-janji,
Akhirnya menangis di malam hari,

Anak cina di belai-belai,
Anak melayu diterkam belakang,
Anwar berceramah berderai-derai,
Seperti pak kaduk asyik bertukang.

Semua kawan menjadi lawan,
Zahrin, Chandra, Nalla dan Eskay,
Video tulen 'barang' menawan,
Cukup marah dikatakan GAY.

Buai laju-laju,
Sampai ke pucuk sena,
Anjing Gila datang dari Batu,
Yang Berhormat Tian Chua namanya…

Cukup cukup lah wahai si Anwar,
Bawak bertaubat sebelum terlambat,
Jangan sentiasa membuat onar,
Nanti di Sungai Buloh, pasti kita sebat.

Xxxxxxx
Seperti perpatah inggeris…
“A panny wise, A pound foolish”

Walau apa pun dugaan, walau apa pun rintangan, bersama segunung harapan, perjalanan ini kita teruskan, bersama menggenggam keyakinan, segala impian pasti dilunaskan.
Tradisi tetap kita junjung, perubahan tetap kita zahirkan.

Kendati tergantung awan di langit,
Telah terlanjur kubentangkan layar,
Walau badai datang menggulung,
Walau berdentum guruh dilangit,
Walau bumi berkeping dua,
tak kan mungkin ku-berbalik haluan.

Hidup UMNO! Hidup Melayu! (TINGGI)

Makmum solat luruskan saf,
Sholat sunat dgn berniat,
Sepuluh Jari meminta maaf,
Terkasar bahasa bukan berniat.

Wabillahi Taufik Walhidayah, Wassalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Umno is beginning to look better than PKR

These shenanigans have got to stop. PKR is starting to look like a party of slime-balls and scumbags. Are they so scared of Nurul Izzah that they need to play dirty to disqualify here?
NO HOLDS BARRED
Raja Petra Kamarudin
Nurul fails in bid for PKR deputy presidency
(Free Malaysia Today) - Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar was unsuccessful in her bid for the PKR deputy presidency when she failed to get enough nominations.
She needed two nominations to pull through but had only one nomination to contend with.
Confirming the nomination results, PKR election committee member Wong Hoy Cheong said candidates must obtain at least two nominations but Nurul Izzah had obtained only one -- from Keningau, Sabah, at the close of nomination on Sunday.
The PKR Lembah Pantai division had nominated PKR central committee member Zaid Ibrahim for the deputy presidency.
Wong said according to the nomination list, three candidates will vie for the PKR presidency and seven for the deputy presidency.
He declined to disclose details.
Twenty-seven candidates have enough nominations for seven vice-president posts and 209 for 20 central leadership council posts, he said.
The list of those who qualified to contest party top posts are being filtered before their names are announced on Saturday, he added.
Besides Nurul and Zaid, Selangor Menteri Besar Khalid Ibrahim, PKR vice-presidents Mustafa Kamil Ayub and Mohamed Azmin Ali, and Zaid have entered the fray for the deputy presidency.
The party polls will be held from Oct 31 to Nov 21 while the national congress from Nov 26 to 28.
***************************************
PKR announced that Nurul Izzah obtained only one nomination. And since she requires at least two she is therefore not eligible to contest the party deputy presidency. What they did not announce is that she obtained another two nominations on Monday. So that makes three nominations that she obtained.
The party also announced that she received the one nomination as at the closing date on Sunday. Therefore, the two that she obtained on Monday, which the party did not mention, does not count.
But who decided that nominations close on Sunday? Was this a party supreme council decision or was it the decision of an individual or ‘committee’?
I suppose they will now say that the supreme council decided to give the mandate and sole discretion to one person or to the election committee. Therefore, whatever this one person or committee decides becomes ‘law’.
Alright then, if this is the case, was this ‘law’ gazetted? All laws must be gazetted before they become law.  In other words was an announcement made informing everyone that the closing date for all nominations is Sunday and that all nominations received after this date will be rejected and will regarded as null?
A check with a few divisions reveals that they never received any gazette or circular from the party headquarters informing them that the closing date for nominations is Sunday.
Was it a ‘silent law’? Or did they expect everyone to read the minds of the people in the party headquarters? Mental telepathy maybe?
And when did they decide that Sunday is the closing date for nominations? Was this decided the following day, on Monday, after two more nominations for Nurul Izzah came in? In other words did they decide on the Sunday closing date on Monday when they realised that Nurul had received an additional two nominations and that this would therefore qualify her to contest the party deputy presidency?
I smell a rat here, a dead rat. And the smell stinks to high heaven. It appears like PKR is even dirtier than Umno. Now, even Umno is looking better than PKR.
These shenanigans have got to stop. PKR is starting to look like a party of slime-balls and scumbags. Are they so scared of Nurul Izzah that they need to play dirty to disqualify here?
Rules are fine. We need rules or else all hell will break loose and chaos will reign. But changing the rules, practicing unwritten rules, not informing players of the rules and then catching them unexpectedly, and moving the goalposts halfway through the game to win by fraud is just not on.
Play fair. Let Nurul contest. If she losses she must learn how to manage defeat. That would be a good lesson for her. And if she wins then it is the members’ choice. But disqualifying her because of a rule that no one knew about are things Umno does and not something that PKR should ape.
Sigh…I expect when ex-Umno people head PKR then we should not be surprised when they use Umno tactics in PKR. A leopard never changes its spots. So why should the ex-Umno people in PKR change their Umno habits as well?
I suppose we can always just sit back and watch PKR self-destruct. Then, come the next election, we can choose either DAP or PAS to vote for. Of course, there is always PSM or PRM in the event that DAP or PAS are not contesting in that particular constituency. Or we can persuade Gerakan to change its outdated and expired shelf-life leaders and then leave Barisan Nasional whereby we can all rally behind Gerakan as the new Third Force and multi-racial party like how it started out back in 1968.
I think I will go join Gerakan if they promise to revamp the party and change its leaders and leave Barisan Nasional to start life anew as a Third Force for all Malaysians fed up of both Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat.

Drawing from the Umno ‘fixed deposit’

E-mail
Translation
WRITTEN BY ZAKI SAMSUDIN
THURSDAY, 15 APRIL 2010 11:31
(Translation from Malay by CPI)
When Umno suffered an acute loss of voter confidence in the 1999 general election (GE), many political analysts predicted that the party would be buried by the next GE. The majority of Malay voters were seen to have shifted their allegiance and beginning to favour Parti Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) and Parti KeADILan Nasional. It was rationalized that if the Malays themselves had rejected Umno, then the party was no longer relevant and would soon become obsolete.
Such was the general perception in the heat of the election aftermath. Many from the opposition, especially those in PAS and KeADILan at that time were already dreaming of sitting in Putrajaya by the following GE. Nonetheless, when the 2004 election came around, not only did Umno survive, it rose to greater heights and made a clean sweep of 90 percent of the seats it contested. Here was a reverse scenario where PAS and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) were the ones facing a genuine possibility of being obliterated.
The general election of Mac 2008 again saw the Umno dominance of the political landscape coming under threat. Barisan Nasional, of which Umno is the backbone, tumbled in five states and failed to obtain a two-third majority in parliament. Once more, Umno’s continued lifespan was questioned and the opposition alliance began entertaining the hope that the federal government was now within its grasp.
But the truth is, Umno is not a mosquito party. Umno has been in the political arena since the 1950s. Hence, if there are among supporters of the opposition coalition entertaining the thought that Umno might so easily collapse in the coming GE, they should be more circumspect in making their predictions. What can come to pass is another big win for BN and Umno as occurred in 2004.
The most evident strength of Umno is the huge number of loyal supporters that it has. And Malays loyal to Umno no matter what are those who are older (aged 50 and above) and those in the civil service.
‘Why fix it if it ain’t broke’?
For many senior voters, Umno is the only ruling party – “dulu, kini dan selamanya” (its slogan: “past, present and for all eternity”). It is not imaginable that other political parties are capable of ruling the country. For these people, Umno is the fount of everything – land, housing, water, electricity and all else is made available because of Umno. If not for Umno, all the luxuries and good things in life would not be there for the taking.
Umno is also seen as generous, and why not? Every time come election season, donations and free services are given. Batik and kain pelikat (men’s sarung) are distributed free, roads are tarred, surau and mosques refurbished, carrots dangled, and all requests and grievances of the rakyat are entertained with the utmost concern and diligence.
In the civil service, many are ensconced in the comfort zone and at ease with the Umno and Barisan Nasional authorities. Their salaries, perks and allowances enjoyed are quite adequate. The relationship between the civil service and Umno leaders is intimate, and the latter are seen as accessible. Many official visits are conducted and banquets held to facilitate common interaction in the course of work.
So even though there are blots in the copybook and weaknesses in governance, all these are taken as part and parcel of life. Therefore, the thinking remains among the civil service that as long as the government is able to deliver the comforts, why is there any need for this government to be changed?
If Pakatan Rakyat truly wants to wrest control of Putrajaya, meticulous planning is required to win increased support from the Malay electorate. Among urban Malays, and the young and professional classes, Pakatan Rakyat has an encouraging level of support. Nonetheless, this is not enough to fell Umno and Barisan Nasional.
Concern of government servants
There is not much that Pakatan Rakyat can do to win over the Malay senior voters. Their heart and soul is with Umno. Say what you will about bad Umno leaders, it is like water off a duck’s back. Marking the ballot means crossing the ‘dacing’ (BN’s logo of the weighing scale). It is the only equation that they know, and a lifelong habit.
In any election gambit, emphasis must be placed on the Malaysian civil service. A great number of those employed in the public sector will be worried if Umno and Barisan Nasional were to lose power; especially those who have – all this while either directly or indirectly – financially benefited from the largesse obtained through leaks and seepages in the system.
When Abdul Khalid Ibrahim made his maiden tour of Selangor’s government departments as the new Menteri Besar immediately after the March 2008 general election, the government servants were clearly glum and there was an air of despondency in the offices. Many were wondering what would be the action plan of the freshly installed state government and chief minister. Would he unearth all the state documents and pursue those who had been allied to the previous Menteri Besar? Or would there be a major overhaul involving transfers and job termination?
Presently, after two years of Pakatan Rakyat rule in four states of the peninsula, the civil service is ‘protected’ (will not be charged for offences) even though there have been efforts to expose the defects of the earlier Barisan Nasional state governments. However, there will surely be those who think that the officers colluding with the previous leadership should be exposed and taken to court.
Although certain quarters appear eager to dig up the dirt and punish all those complicit, one should nonetheless exercise caution and not go overboard. It must be carefully weighed whether such as step will ultimately be detrimental or rewarding. In realpolitik, a smart strategy requires pragmatic consideration from all angles and perspectives.
After apartheid was dismantled in South Africa in 1994, an independent commission (the Truth and Reconciliation Commission) was established to collect evidence from the victims and wrongdoers in criminal cases arising from the country’s policy of racial discrimination. The commission was entrusted with the mandate to pardon and grant immunity to those found guilty should they be willing to come forward and provide information.
Perhaps this method is more appropriate to be adopted in Malaysia if Pakatan Rakyat wishes to successfully take over the federal government in the next GE. A conciliatory and less radical approach can reassure the civil service that there will be no widespread witch hunt. It should be borne in mind that many of them are involved in the scandals affecting public institutions only because they were following orders.
Strategy at state level
Aside from the above, Pakatan Rakyat is currently ruling four states and this allows it an opportunity to show its appreciation for the contributions rendered by the civil service. Don’t only point out the weaknesses and failures. Instead commend those who are dedicated and capable in their work as a note of thanks on the part of the state government for their meritorious service.
What can be done perhaps is to award excellent service medals as is the practice with the federal government. These special awards from the state governments can go a long way in showing that Pakatan Rakyat values the role of the civil service as partners in the mutual quest to develop the state and bureaucracy. Thus, the civil service would not feel that they are unduly regarded as an opponent to be wary of and whose motivations and actions are under constant scrutiny.
As for the police and armed forces, commemorate them on Police Day and Warriors Day. Even though the Pakatan Rakyat are often targetted, they should nonetheless realise that not all members of the police and armed forces swear a blind fealty to the Umno dan Barisan Nasional leadership. If there is a need to criticize the police and armed forces, direct the criticism at specific individuals who are responsible. Don’t generalize that all are bad apples and biased in carrying out their duties.
In Malaysia, there are all in all more than one million civil servants. Of this total, almost 90 percent are Malays. These individuals are enfranchised voters. Their personal voting choice will surely exert an influence over a large number of their family members. Therefore, the side which can secure their support will definitely have a big edge in the bid to carry the general election.
It is the civil service that is really Umno and Barisan Nasional’s‘fixed deposit’. They are the main barrier to be breached to pave the road to Putrajaya for Pakatan Rakyat.

40 Reasons why the Sodomy Charge against Anwar is too Ridiculous to Believe

Commentaries: from the 40 Dalils, can we all assume that the Sodomy act was actually consensual ?  is this true ? Anwar Ibrahim did not "rape" that poor bastard but actually had consensual same sex relation with Saiful Bahari ?

By Malaysian Spring
It seems a simple enough plan. Get a willing pro-Umno young man. Stick him in Anwar’s office and let him get close to Anwar. Then have him accuse Anwar of sodomy. The police, the judiciary and the government machinery will do the rest. This will put Anwar out of the political scene for good and he will never threaten Umno’s power again.
But something happened on the way to the courthouse. The public is not buying this story. Too many holes have appeared until the whole rickety structure of deceit has all but collapsed. No doubt there are a few clueless souls in Umno trying to maintain this ridiculous charade but they are flogging a dead horse. They only succeed in earning the contempt of the people.
Saiful made many mistakes before and after the alleged act by failing to conceal his movements and being an incredibly lousy actor.  Perhaps he thought playing the victim isn’t important as the powerful players behind him will take care of everything. But there’s a limit to how much idiocy the public can take. A real victim of forced sodomy or male rape does not appear smiling and waving to the press in public as if he’s damn proud of it.
It all looks like a hastily conceived, bumbling, incompetent and ill-thought out plot. So here are 40 reasons why the sodomy charge against Anwar is too ridiculous to believe.
The Charge
1.     The charge of consensual sodomy is structurally flawed as it does not a tally with Saiful’s public stance of forced sodomy for which he has already sworn on the Koran.

2.     The government has absolutely no interest in prosecuting consenting gays so why the sudden interest in prosecuting Anwar for alleged consensual sodomy? How about all the gay activities going on under the nose of the authorities in the seedy streets of KL? Nobody has been prosecuted for consensual sodomy since independence except Anwar and his alleged partners in Sodomy I.

3.     Why isn’t Saiful prosecuted as a consensual partner? Shouldn’t he be at least prosecuted for indecent behaviour against the order of nature for allegedly bending over out of his own free will?
Saiful’s behaviour
4.     Claimed to be have been sodomized a total of eight (8) times. Why did he tolerate it for so long? To keep his RM1000 a month job? What can he possibly fear from an opposition leader who holds no influence in government?

5.     Despite being a 24 year old big strapping youth, this lowlife claimed he was sodomized against his will by a 62 year old man with bad back. How ridiculous can you get?

6.     Made a police report 2 days after the alleged incident. Was he waiting to see if he was pregnant?

7.     Went to work as usual next day and was seen walking straight.

8.     Attended a function at Anwar’s house in the evening with Anwar present and served coffee to the guests. Would a rape victim do that?

9.        Sent a friendly quit e-mail to Anwar that he was resigning because he was lazy and incompetent. No mention that he couldn’t take the sodomy.

10.   Show no sign of being victimized and traumatized. Smile and wave to press after he made his police report. Looks proud to be a victim of male rape.

11.   Met and photographed with senior officers in DPM dept a few months before the alleged incident. Claimed to have gone there to apply scholarship but the DPM Dept is the wrong place to go for scholarship. Why all the lies?

12.   Met Najib who was Deputy PM at his official residence 2 days before the alleged incident. Najib at first denied the meeting, later claimed Saiful wanted a scholarship? Is the Deputy PM so easy to access? Why would college dropout need scholarship?

13.   In a final twist Najib said he advised Saiful who was traumatized to lodge a police report. But this was before the alleged act!

14.   Met police office SAC Rodwan in Room 619 of Concorde Hotel Shah Alam 1 day before the alleged incident. Were they discussing scholarship?

15.   Saiful’s god mother Mumtaz Jaafar is a close friend and ‘bag lady’ of Rosmah Mansor, Najib’s wife. It is widely believed that the plot was hatched by Rosmah and Najib.

16.      Known to be a rabidly pro-BN while in college.

17.      Went to Pusrawi hospital to get a medical examination and told the doctor that he had been sodomized by a plastic object. The doctor said he looked and behaved normally. Why didn’t he go straight to the police?

18.      Went to mosque to swear that Anwar sodomized him against his will during the Permatang Pauh by-election so that BN can make political capital out of it.

19.   Must be the most publicity hungry rape victim in the world, male or female, bar none!
Police & prosecution
20.   Why are huge resources and manpower devoted to this case as if consensual sodomy is the most heinous crime in the country, worse than the murder of a Mongolian woman? How does an alleged consensual partner in sodomy suddenly become a victim for whom the whole apparatus of government must be marshalled to seek “justice?” Tie this with no. 2 and see if you can make any sense.

21.   A copy of the police report was given to Anwar only after he had been questioned by police and after much pestering by his lawyers. Usually a suspect should be given a copy of the police report before taking his cautioned statement to prevent him unwittingly incriminating himself. Why was this procedure not followed? Did the police upset the procedure to design the charge and fabricate the police report to fit in with Anwar’s movements?

22.   Why was Anwar unnecessarily held overnight in jail cell when he could have been released on the same day? The next morning he was asked a few perfuntionary questions and released. But it was revealed that his jail cell was carefully swept by forensic after his release. Were they looking for traces of his DNA?

23.   Anwar was asked to give a blood sample during the medical examination but he refused. After that Umno leaders made public calls for him to give a sample. Why such a tussle to get Anwar’s blood sample with no safeguards whatsoever? In view of the fact that his blood sample had been planted on a mattress in sodomy I, why should Anwar make it so easy for them?

24.   After Anwar refused to give his blood sample a new DNA Identification Bill was proposed in which the police are allowed to forcibly take blood sample from any suspect, custody of DNA samples will be managed by the police, the accuracy of DNA evidence cannot be challenged and the judge must consider DNA evidence to be conclusive. The Home Ministry wanted to rush this bill through parliament. Do you smell a rat here? Thankfully this DNA Identification Bill has not been passed into law yet after much opposition.

25.   The prosecution fought tooth and nail to transfer the case from the Sessions Court to High Court without giving any creditable reason. If they have real evidence they could have convicted Anwar in any court under any judge so why the lengthy fight to transfer the case as if their whole case depends on who hears it?

26.   The prosecution also fought all the way to the Federal Court to deny giving Anwar document necessary for his defence according to the Criminal Procedure Code, not even most basic list of witnesses. Why such unbecoming and sordid loser behaviour if they have a real case with real evidence?

27.   In any sexual offence where penetration is a crucial factor no prosecutor will proceed without favourable medical evidence. In this case the prosecution decided to proceed with unfavourable medical evidence (see no.28 & 29). Were they depending on a compliant judge? (see no. 25)
Medical
28.   A medical report by Dr. Mohamed Osman of Pusrawi Medical Centre, a Burmese expatriate doctor with 30 years experience certified that Saiful rear orifice had never been penetrated.

29.   A separate medical report by 3 specialists at Hospital KL also confirmed that Saiful is an anal virgin.

30.   The prosecution claimed that they have DNA sample extracted from Saiful’s rectum which incriminate Anwar but experts say that this environment is very hostile to semen and prone to contamination. It is unlikely that any usable DNA can be found after 2 days.

31.   The prosecution refused to give Anwar a DNA sample for independent verification so any claim of positive identification is just the word of the government chemist against his.

32.   The prosecution cannot prove that the DNA sample in question was actually extracted from Saiful’s rectum although they claim it.

33.   The possibility exists that any DNA sample may have been spiked with Anwar’s DNA collected covertly. (see no. 22 and 23)
Anwar’s Personal Life
34.   Anwar is 63 year old grandfather with 6 children and a loving wife. Would a homosexual person father 6 children and have a close relationship with his wife?

35.   If Anwar’s sexual inclination is true then where are the other partners? Why has nobody come out of the woodwork to claim a relationship with him? Anwar’s associates who were convicted of sodomy with him all repudiated their confessions as extracted under torture the moment they were released.

36.   Anwar had just led the opposition to stunning gains at the March 2008 polls and was plotting to take over the Federal government by engineering defections. Why would Anwar risk everything for this college dropout? If indeed his lust is so great, ther must be many others so where are the other partners?
Testimony during trial
37.      Claimed Anwar was his idol but his college mates say he hated Anwar’s guts.

38.      Claimed he was shocked and disgusted by Anwar’s indecent proposal by still took a shower and prepared himself. So was it consensual or was it against his will as he has sworn in a mosque?

39.      The prosecution produced a tube of KY jelly. Did Saiful come prepared with KY jelly? If it belonged to Anwar wouldn’t it be taken back by Anwar?

40.      Claimed did not pass motion for 2 days in order to hold the vital evidence in his rectum. How heroic. Wouldn’t it be easier to just go to the police immediately? Didn’t he wash the KY jelly from his rear orifice?

More is coming. We haven’t come to the cross-examination of Saiful yet!
