Pakatan Rakyat and component parties

 by aizley shahar

Salam and Gong Xi Fah Chai to all Chinese bloggers and readers...

Firstly, after reading a few comments from the people here... i would say that they have made their mind on what they would do or support for the next GE... so no point in trying to get the "crocked" to walk straight, let them be, we need "dogs" anyway to bark at the Govt, if not the international community would think that we are not a democratic country, let the next GE prove to you that what i said is right, and my voice is actually the voice of the silent majority of Malaysian...

My advise to them for the next GE... do your responsibility and vote for the party or whom ever that you think is best to run the country....and good luck to you all..

As from our perspective, we are very confident that we will win with a land slide in the next GE... that i can promise you...

There is a lot of issues that actually alienated PR component from the so called people who sits on the fence and also the hard core supporters...

I actually met a few from PAS...they are actually family members of mine...i asked them on what they think about the current issues that has been spinning around and they are not actually happy ie example on the ALLAH issues...that my friend is the biggest mistake for PAS leadership... they did not hear the grassroot, who are facts are hard-core hudud islamic extreme, who actually put them in office... I do understand however why PAS leadership in turn, had to give in the the request of the partner DAP to support their standing on the issue...but this has actually upset PAS grassroots... however, in turn, PAS have portrayed a more liberal outlook to win the heart and mind of the non-bumi(s).

This later on you will see a cross-positioning placements of candidates by the PR...where the PAS candidate will compete in a majority non-bumi populated area while DAP will do the vice versa... It seem that they are going toward this direction, but i am not for certain...but they need to do this if they are doing the same stances in future controversial issues if they are planning to win...

i will give you an example, for instances, YB Khalid Samad has a better chances in winning in Kepong or Seputeh then he will ever be if he try to compete again in Shah Alam because of the recent incident on his stances on the Allah issues...majority of the muslim(s) is against what he stand for... however, the non-muslim(s) on the other hand wants a liberal PAS thinker like Khalid Samad to diffuse the hudud calling hard-core muslims...we will see won't we...

As for PKR... as I am writing this posting, we have 5 possible MP walk-over from PKR... a few more are waiting and see the outcome of AI court case... some of these MPs are very seasoned politician... and they didn't just leave PKR because they had gotten up on the wrong side of the bed... they have weigh all the pro(s) and con(s) of the situation... and they came to a conclusion that PKR is a lost cause...and I agreed, the last GE, BN lost because the rakyat in general has lost confidence in Pak Lah Administration.... and now, since Najib took over, there is a lot of improvements then previous administration...People are now more mature in voting because of empty promises by the PR Govt ie like in Penang now, Lim Guan Eng is having a tough time running the Island, "It is easier to be the criticizer then actually running the state huh Guan Eng ..?"    His worst was to canceled the march for the Maulidur Rasul in the coming weeks... that had to top of it all... he LIED about canceling it... but the idiot forgot he had issued a formal letter to head department to the whole state secretariat...

At that time also AI had give the the idea of him as the "pembela" for the rakyat cause., a romantic connotation, as if he was Robin Hood but actually he is Robin in a Hood...hahaha..but later, a lot had realised that AI is there because of himself, a self centered who would use and do anything to get what he really wants and that is to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia... no other reason.. a lot of his close supporter have and are leaving him as we speak...

As for DAP, believe it or not, compere to the other 2 parties, they are actually true to their colours.. I have all the respect for Lim Kit Siang, even though i might not be his supporter or believe in his cause(s)... he is a true and true politician... he does not bow to anyone... nor does  he compromise on the core values of DAP.... they might not win and run Malaysia as how UMNO is doing by the mere fact that Chinese is only about 30% of the population, but DAP would survive another millennium...that again I promise you...

The next GE we believe that PKR will actually take a back seat behind PAS and DAP, which  the later 2 will be in the drivers seat in PR....so much of a party of Bangsa Malaysia....

Five more MPs to quit PKR?

commentary:  As reported by the Opposition Aligned electronic news portal, Malaysia Insider,  5 more MPs is leaving the inevitable sinking "ship" of PKR party, where the De-facto leader, Anwar Ibrahin is facing a 2nd conviction of sodomy trial.  Anwar, who is also the Opposition Leader, is seen to be supported by the media from abroad, is likely to see the inside wall of a prison and the death of his political career.  Enough is enough la Anwar... make peace and be on your way where you really belong... - aizley

By G. Manimaran
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 14 — Five more Members of Parliament (MP) from PKR are said to be quitting this coming week, testing the leadership of party de factor leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who faces a career-ending sodomy trial.
It is understood that the five will announce that they are turning independent to protest the PKR leadership, citing similar reasons that led Bayan Baru MP Datuk Seri Zahrain Mohd Hashim to be the first PKR MP to walk out last Friday since Election 2008.
A few PKR assemblymen are also said to be joining the MPs, who could help the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) reach the key two-thirds parliamentary majority of 148 seats in the 222-seat Dewan Rakyat to allow them to pass laws without opposition support.
“From current information, there are four or five MPs who want to leave PKR. They will state their stand after the Chinese New Year celebrations... wait for the second press conference next week,” a PKR source told The Malaysian Insider.
The Chinese Lunar New Year has two public holidays, today and Feb 15.
“The MPs are from several states including Penang,” the source said, adding the MPs concerned do not hold ranking positions within PKR at either the state or national levels.
The source explained the lawmakers have decided to turn independent because they were dissatisfied with the party leadership and its current struggle.
“Whether they join other parties in the future will be decided later,” the source added.
Apart from Zahrain,  who just left, the other three PKR MPs in Penang are Anwar (Permatang Pauh), Yusmadi Yusoff (Balik Pulau) and Tan Tee Beng (Nibong Tebal). PKR had picked up 31 seats in Election 2008, while allies DAP had 28 and PAS 23.
Apart from Zahrain, Yusmadi and Tan, the others speculated to leave as late as two weeks ago are controversial Kulim Bandar Baharu MP Zulkifli Noordin, Merbok’s Datuk Rashind Din, former Pahang PKR No 2 Azan Ismail (Indera Mahkota) , Wee Choo Keong (Wangsa Maju) and Loh Gwo-Burne (Kelana Jaya).
All have denied the accusation of jumping ship except Yusmadi.
Zahrain and Tan are already scheduled to meet the PKR disciplinary board for criticising Anwar and his ally Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng. Tan had previously told The Malaysian Insider that he would leave PKR if the situation worsened.
Penang PKR chairman Mansor Othman had told The Malaysian Insider a few weeks ago that up to four Pakatan Rakyat MPs could jump ship to help BN get its customary two-thirds parliamentary majority.
The source added several state assemblymen have also expressed a desire to leave PKR in the footsteps of the two disgraced state exco from Behrang and Changkat Jering. Another two who turned independent are from Lunas and Port Klang state seats.
PKR elections director Fuziah Salleh had told The Malaysian Insider last month that up to seven MPs are said to be leaving the party due to weak performance.

Isu Perarakan Maulidur Rasul di Pulau Pinang

commentary: Another prove that what ever LGE is saying about the Prophet Muhammad's birthday procession that was claimed to be cancelled and denied by LGE ... shows how LGE is a "biadap" and has no respect to the majority and the official religion in Malaysia.... What you been thinking boy ? YOU THINK YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH IT WITHOUT FEDERAL BOYS NOTICING IT ? YOU STUPID OR WHAT ? - aizley
